Pregnant lady needed cookies. However, I had no chocolate chips, but I DID have a bag of dark chocolate Hershey's Kisses in the freezer. Still good, but hubby dear wouldnt eat them because they had the funny look that old chocolate has. So...I chopped them up, they didnt chop as neatly as I expected, they almost grated themselves, but it made for wonderful cookies with specks of chocolate all throughout! YUMMY YUMMY! I froze them and am only baking a batch at a time so we will have yummy hot cookies whenever we feel like it!

We've never tried freezing cookie dough to cook later- how do you do it?
